How much does it cost?
Our proofreading services cost between $10-$25 (USD) per 1000 words depending on:
-the level of your English
-any special requirements you have
This is based on a 72 hour turnaround time, but for documents over 10,000 words we may need longer. If your work is urgent, we may be able to complete faster for you. All details, including turnaround time, will be agreed before you send payment.

How does it work?
- Submit your work here and specify your requirements regarding turnaround time, style, etc.
- You will receive a quote and invoice by email.
- If you are happy with the quote, pay the invoice using Paypal or any major credit or debit card.
- You will receive your document within the timescale agreed, corrected using Track Changes in Microsoft Word so that you can see exactly what has been amended. You will also receive a summary with comments and tips for you. For web pages we use software that allows your proofreader to enter notes on a copy of the web page for you to review.
We can adapt to different styles of writing such as British or American English, formal or casual—just specify this when submitting your work.
